ITEMS NEEDED FOR RESIDENTIAL PURCHASE

  • Signed Purchase & Sales Agreement/Accepted Offer
  • Proof of down payment (copy of canceled check)
  • Most recent  two years of  W-2’s
  • Most recent pay stubs
  • Last two years 1040’s (all schedules) - self employed only
  • Copy of all checking and savings account statements (most recent 12 months)

ITEMS NEEDED FOR CONDOMINIUM PURCHASE

  • Copy of Master Deed
  • Copy of Declaration-of-Trust ( if applicable)
  • Copy of Unit Deed
  • Copy of Master Insurance Policy &  HO-6  Policy (if applicable)
  • Complete condo questionnaire & budget from Condo Association
